ABOUT

ECOMOBIUS WATER TREATMENT

Ecomobius synthesize water-insoluble dispersions that, when activated, rapidly encapsulate insoluble liquids and suspended solids in water. Our performance is unsurpassed across multiple industries.

Below are some statistics about water that highlight the urgent need for sustainable water management practices, including water conservation, wastewater treatment, and the adoption of sustainable technologies that can help address these issues.

According to the World Health Organization, 2 billion people lack access to safe drinking water, and approximately 1.8 billion people drink water that is contaminated with fecal matter.

Each year, 1.8 million people die from waterborne diseases such as cholera, dysentery, and typhoid fever.

The United Nations predicts that by 2025, half of the world’s population will live in water-stressed areas, meaning that they will have limited access to clean water.

Over 80% of wastewater generated by human activities is discharged into rivers or oceans without adequate treatment, contributing to pollution and ecosystem degradation.

Climate change is exacerbating water scarcity and increasing the frequency and severity of droughts and floods, which can cause significant damage to infrastructure, property, and crops.

INDUSTRIES

OIL & GAS
WID - OIW

Designed for the Oil & Gas and petrochemical industries. Highly effective, rapid removal of oil from water. Applications include produced water, oil tank washing residues, and slurries.

MUNICIPAL
WID - MUN

Designed specifically for the primary stage in the wastewater treatment process, offering exceptional performance to rapidly remove insoluble compounds and suspended solids

LIVESTOCK
WID - LLVS

Designed to effectively remove suspended solids and organic compounds from water effluent related to the farming of livestock. Specifically, pig and poultry farming. The resulting waste can potentially be recycled as fertilizer.

DISASTER
WID - 911

Designed specifically for ecological disaster clean-up of oil spillages on water. Oil is encapsulated to ensure birds' feathers are not coated in oil. Waste is easily removed, reducing environmental impact and cost.

POWER GENERATION
WID -PWR

Designed for the Power industry, it is effective at removing contaminants in wastewater from Waste-to-Energy and Coal-to-Energy power stations.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
WID - F&B

Designed specifically to remove oils, organic compounds, and suspended solids found in waste water from food production and their clean-in-place (CIP) systems.

MARINE
WID - BWT

Designed for ballast water treatment systems to remove smaller particles not removable using conventional filtration systems.

MINING
WID - MNG

Designed specifically to treat coal and mineral mine slurries as well as water effluent from coal seam gas production.

WORK WITH US

STEPS OF WORK

STEP 1 - MAKE CONTACT!

REACH us by email solution@ecomobius.com

An agreement is signed between parties to regulate confidentiality. You send us the contaminated water composition to be treated and the desired quality parameters.

STEP 2 - COMPUTATION ANALYSIS

Computational analysis is used to estimate the effectiveness of a customized WID in your application.

Can we meet your required quality parameters? If yes, we test WID on a sample of your contaminated water.

STEP 3 - SAMPLE TEST!

Contaminated and treated water is tested at your site or at one of our partners' global accredited labs.

Results are evaluated. Did our WID exceed your expectations? Let's move forward!

STEP 4 - PILOTAND SCALETEST

We work with you to define a Project to scale up the testing of WID.

Testing is complete and outcomes evaluated; are you ready for full-scale system implementation?

STEP 5 - FULL SCALE

We integrate WID into your water treatment system using existing infrastructure or our injection and mixing systems.

We secure your supply of WID by utilizing digitalization and remote monitoring solutions.
